Applications for companies, organisations and individuals

Welcome to the Application Portal for Access Authorisation at KEF Airport

Navigating the process for obtaining access authorisation can seem daunting, but we're here to help make it straightforward and efficient. Whether you're a company, organisation, or individual seeking access, the following guidelines will assist you in completing the necessary steps.

  • Step 1: Company/Organisation Registration
Before any individual access authorisation can be granted, it's imperative that your company or organisation first registers with Isavia’s ID-Office, conveniently located at KEF airport. During this registration, you'll need to specify your company’s line of work and provide contact details for your primary contacts.
  • Step 2: Appointing an ID Card Manager
Each company or organisation is required to appoint an ID Card Manager. This individual will play a crucial role as they are authorised to sign and submit applications on behalf of individuals seeking access.
  • Short-Term? Temporary Permits for Short-Term Access
For those requiring just short-term access, we offer temporary permits for both individuals and vehicles. These permits are ideal for brief visits or specific temporary assignments within the KEF area.

Below, you'll find easy access to all the necessary application forms and detailed instructions for each step of the process. Whether you are applying for individual, vehicle, or temporary access permits, we've got you covered.
