Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • This giveaway voucher contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2. Entry Period:

  • The giveaway voucher contest will run from 20th to 27th of September.
  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must follow @vueling and @kef_airport on Instagram.
  • Like the post, tag a friend in comments on the post and share the giveaway in your Instagram story.

4. Prize:

  • The prize consists of a voucher for one flight for two people from KEF to BCN. Valid for one (1) direct return flight under the Basic Fare for the winner and a companion (who must fly together) on direct flights operated by Vueling.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via DM on Social Media within 2 days of the contest end date.
  • If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, a new winner will be chosen.


6. Publicity:

  • By entering this contest, participants grant Keflavík Airport the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Privacy:

All personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of this contest and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Disclaimer:

  • Keflavík Airport is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, website errors or interruptions, that may affect participation in the contest.
  • Flights are subject to seat availability.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
  • The voucher must be used between 5th September 2023 and 13th December 2024, except for the following blackout days:

    • From 21.09.23 to 27.09.23 (both included)
    • From 12.10.23 to 15.10.23 (both included)
    • From 30.10.23 to 4.11.23 (both included)
    • From 05.12.23 to 11.12.23 (both included)
    • From 15.12.23 to 08.01.24 (both included)

  • The flight must be booked no later than 21 days before the travel date.
  • Additional services not included.
  • The ticket will not include additional services and cannot be changed once they have been issued.

9. Governing Law:

This contest is governed by the laws of Icelandic Jurisdiction.

10. Modification or Termination:

Keflavík Airport reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without notice.

11. Agreement to Terms:

By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
