LOST ITEMS

All items lost at the airport or on board an Icelandair aircraft, are handled by Securitas on behalf of Isavia, the operator of Keflavik Airport.

ITEMS LOST AT KEFLAVIK AIRPORT OR ON BOARD ICELANDAIR AIRCRAFT

All items that are lost and found by our staff at the airport or on board Icelandair aircraft  are stored by Securitas where they are registered into lost and found database. Please claim lost property by visiting their website. There you can see if your item was found at the airport. Securitas needs to verify the owner of the item and will deliver it to the rightful owner.

It may take 24-48 hours to register a lost item.

Our Lost & Found service is open every day from 08:00 to 16:00 Icelandic time, and is located in the arrival hall (go down stairs to level -1).

ITEMS LOST ON BOARD AIRCRAFTS OTHER THEN ICELANDAIR

If you have lost an item on board an aircraft of any other airline than Icelandair, please contact the airline or their handling company at the airport (see list abow). Please note that such items will not be left in Iceland.
