We recommend that you allow yourself at least 2 hours at the airport and make an appointment accordingly.
How does it work?
Reserve allows you to book your own personal time slot for selected security checkpoints at Keflavik Airport. Book your time slot.
In order to book your slot, you'll need your flight number, destination, the name of the airline you are flying with and your email address. After booking, you will receive a QR code that you show to the staff at the security control, you walk to the furthest left when arriving to the gates at the security control (follow the Reserve sign to left on the wall).
You will be allocated a time slot that is valid for 10 minutes before and after your booked time. The service is completely free of charge. By using Reserve will enable you to avoid lengthy waiting times and enjoy a stress-free stay.

Slots are open 7 days a week throughout most of the day.
Please consider that there are a limited number of slots available and they can get booked up quickly.

You can show up 10 minutes before your booked time slot. You can also show up to 10 minutes after your booked time without losing your slot.
The Reserve lane is located at security control. Your provided QR code will be scanned and staff will point you to your lane.
