Equality Programme of Isavia
Purpose and Goals
The equality programme of Isavia has, for example, the aim of increasing general job satisfaction and enhancing the working atmosphere. The equality programme is prepared in accordance with the Gender Equality Act no. 10/2008.
The purpose of the equality programme is to ensure full equality between men and women in the workplace with the aim of utilising the skill, strength, and knowledge of employees to the utmost degree, without gender-based discrimination taking place. It shall also be ensured that sexual harrassment will not be tolerated in the workplace. This equality programme shall ensure that employees are not discriminated against on the basis of gender, religion, opinions, national origin, race, sexual orientation, colour, financial standing, ancestry, disability, age, and status in other respects.
