REQUIREMENTS FOR MILITARY OPERATORS:

All military flights are required to follow the KEF coordination procedures at the airport and submit slot requests as stated above.

Submit itinerary to Airport Coordination including aircraft type, tail number and handling agent.
Declare any explosives or hazardous items carried on board as that information will affect parking assignment.

It is recommended that military operators have an agreement with a handling company prior to arrival.

The handling company will make arrangement for all services needed and provides flight status updates.
