GRÍMSEY AIRPORT
Grímsey Airport is located on Grímsey, an island 40km north of Iceland. Norlandair operates three to seven weekly scheduled flights between the island and Akureyri Airport. Through a partnership between Norlandair and Air Iceland Connect, flights can be booked from Reykjavík to Grímsey with a layover at Akureyri.

AT THE AIRPORT
We recommend that you arrive at the airport well in advance of departure to avoid queues and so that the airline can keep on schedule. Arriving about 60 minutes before your take-off is a good rule of thumb for this airport. The check-in is at the terminal. Air Iceland Connect also offers online check-in at www.airicelandconnect.is.
