EasyJet connects Keflavik and Manchester

Direct flights to Manchester by easyJet commenced at Keflavik International yesterday, February 14th, with two weekly flights on Thursdays and Sundays. Icelanders made up 70 percent of the passengers on the first flight on this new route.

The company says that the Iceland market has great potential and intends to offer more flights there. Flights between Keflavik International and Luton near London have already increased to four flights weekly and the company has announced that Edinburgh in Scotland will be added to the company‘s schedule on March 21st with two weekly flights.
