Isavia proudly oversees three subsidiaries, each specializing in distinct aspects of aviation and airport services. These subsidiaries are wholly owned by Isavia and operate with their unique corporate strategies, aligning with the broader support strategies of Isavia. Each subsidiary's executive team is responsible for implementing its own policies and strategies.

Isavia ANS provides air navigation services for both domestic and international flights within the North Atlantic airspace. The company operates a specialized training division for air traffic control, aeronautical communication, aeronautical information services, and flight inspection tasks in Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. Additionally, within Isavia ANS, two subsidiaries, Tern Systems ehf and Suluk APS, operate to further enhance our services and reach.

Isavia Regional Airports manages the operation of all Icelandic scheduled airports, excluding KEF. The operations are based on a service agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure, defining the service level, operations, and maintenance of the airports as part of the state-owned public transportation system.

Fríhöfnin operates four duty-free stores at Keflavik Airport under an operating license agreement with Isavia. Three of these stores serve departing passengers, and one serves arriving passengers.
