Items Lost at KEF or on Icelandair or PLAY Aircraft:
If you've misplaced personal belongings at KEF or on an Icelandair or PLAY flight to KEF, don't worry - we're here to help. Securitas handles all lost and found items for us. To reclaim your lost property, simply visit the Securitas website. There, you can check if your item has been found and initiate the claim process. Rest assured, Securitas takes every measure to verify ownership and ensure that lost items are returned to their rightful owners.
Processing Time:
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for lost items to be registered.

Our Lost & Found service is committed to assisting you every day from 08:00 to 16:00 Icelandic time. You can find us in the arrival hall, just downstairs at level -1.

Items Lost on Aircrafts Other Than Icelandair or PLAY:
If you've lost an item on a flight operated by an airline other than Icelandair or PLAY, please directly contact the respective airline or their handling company at the airport. Note that items lost on these flights are not left in Iceland.
