FAQ Parking

When booking a parking space in advance, you‘ll get a better price than if you show up and pay at the door. The price varies, but the longer the notice, the better price is available to you.

By booking in advance, KEF Parking reserves a parking space for you for the time and parking space that has been booked. However, our carparks are not numbered.

Bookings for parking services at Keflavík Airport can be made here.

You book according to your flight time. You can only book one parking space at a time, and the booking must be for an uninterrupted period. We recommend that you select your check-in and check-out three hours before and after the scheduled departure and arrival times. By doing so, you minimise the possibility of having to pay an additional fee due to a longer stay.

After the booking has been made, a booking confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. In the booking confirmation e-mail, you can find the booking number and receipt. Once the booking has been confirmed, KEF Parking will reserve a parking space for you, for the time and in the area that has been booked. Parking spaces are not numbered.

To enter the carpark, you will need to use the QR code that you received in your booking e-mail. The QR code is presented to a sensor at the gate. To exit the carpark, you need to use the same QR code.

We recommend setting the brightness to the max on your phone to make it easier for our system to read the QR code.

Failure to receive the confirmation e-mail has no bearing on the status of your booking; your booking is still valid, but please check your junk or spam folder just in case your booking confirmation e-mail has been sent there. If not, your e-mail address may have been entered incorrectly.

It is possible that the e-mail ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. We recommend checking all possible folders to see if the mail is in any of them. You can also search for the mail by typing “airport parking” in the search box.

Isavia keeps a copy of your booking confirmation that can be accessed by contacting [email protected].
