Keflavíkurflugvöllur starfsstöð ársins 2012 hjá bandaríska flugfélaginu Delta Air Lines
Keflavíkurflugvöllur er ein 30 starfsstöðva Delta Air Lines sem hlýtur útnefninguna Station of the Year 2012. Starfsstöðvar félagsins eru alls 245 og fékk Keflavíkurflugvöllur hæstu einkunn fyrir öryggi, farþegaþjónustu, rekstur og fjárreiður. Delta heldur uppi ferðum milli Keflavíkur og New York og nær útnefningin til allra starfssviða Isavia, fyrirtækisins Vallarvina sem annast afgreiðslu Delta á Keflavíkurflugvelli, og annarra þjónustuaðila flugfélagins.

2012 was a banner year for ACS in many of our KPI as we set records in 11 categories. For the second year, we recognize stations based on their overall scorecard performance with our Station of the Year award. It’s my pleasure to announce that we had 30 stations that either achieved a full-year perfect score of 5 on their scorecard or won their station category. This is yet another record as it’s the most stations that we have ever recognized. This is a significant achievement and is a testament to all of your hard work and dedication to improving in all facets of the operation and taking care of our customers. Well done.
